Regency Square Mall is a 637,000 sq. ft. enclosed regional mall located in Florence Alabama. Anchored by Dillard’s, Belk (two units), JC Penney, Sears, and a state-of-the-art 12-screen Carmike Cinema, the mall has a strong base of national retailers including Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Gap/Gap Kids, Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret. The mall was built in 1978 and was renovated in 2004.

David Seawell is a Leasing Representative for Hull Storey Gibson Companies. David was the Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager for a mixed use development in Aiken SC. He began his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis | Wilson Kibler. David received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 1996.

Tommy Richardson is the Senior Property Manager for Regency Square Mall.  His professional background includes over 20 years of property management, retail management and operations and sales experience.  Mr. Richardson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from the University of North Alabama.  He holds the professional designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
