Regency Square Mall is a 637,000 sq. ft. enclosed regional mall located in Florence Alabama. Anchored by Dillard’s, Parisian (two units), JC Penney, Sears, and a state-of-the-art 12-screen Carmike Cinema, the mall has a strong base of national retailers including Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Gap/Gap Kids, Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret. The mall was built in 1978 and was renovated in 2004.

Jim Anderson is the Maintenance Technician for Regency Square Mall. With over 15 yrs of electrical experience, he holds a degree in Electrical technology and Energy Management from Northwest Shoals Community College. Along with 40 hours of OSHA training, he also has 608, 609 EPA Certification and is a Certified Telephone, Data, fiber optic installer with Levington.
