Martintown Village, North Augusta, South Carolina
(January 2006) Hull Storey Retail Group and McKnight Properties have recently cleared, graded, and imported in excess of 200,000 cubic yards of soil on a 29 acre site located in the southeast quadrant of the Exit 1 / Interstate 20 interchange in North Augusta, South Carolina. Woody Hughes, Senior Vice President of Construction, indicates, “Now that the first phase of the site work is complete, you can actually see how this will enhance the gateway to North Augusta and provide a superb location for convenience businesses, restaurants and motels”. Hull Storey Retail Group has worked closely with the City of North Augusta Planning and Economic Development department to bring this project to fruition.
