HULL STOREY'S "RIVER COMMONS" PROJECT IN NORTH AUGUSTA, SOUTH CAROLINA TAKES SHAPE

(February 2006) – Situated on 46 acres with frontage on both State Highway 25 (Knox Avenue) and Martintown Road, River Commons is one of Hull Storey’s newest retail projects under development. Anchored by a 138,400 square foot Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, which opened in December, River Commons will be the future home of several national and regional retail tenants. Hull Storey continues to work with the City of North Augusta in an effort to insure that River Commons will be the City’s most upscale shopping destination.
