HULL STOREY TO DEVELOP 5 ADDITIONAL UNITS FOR STARBUCKS

(October 2006) Already underway on the construction of the company’s first Starbucks development in Madison Georgia, Hull Storey has announced the expansion of its development partnership with the nation’s premier coffee purveyor. Hull Storey will be developing free-standing Starbucks facilities in North Augusta, South Carolina, Statesboro, Georgia and Dublin, Georgia along with in-line stores to be constructed in Greenwood, South Carolina and Lake City, Florida. These facilities are being developed at superior retail locations in each respective community and are part of a major ongoing expansion of the Starbucks Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Each Starbucks shop will contain approximately 1,800 square feet and will incorporate the latest Starbucks store design planning and customer convenience features. Hull Storey Retail Group planners continue to work with Starbucks on developing additional projects in multiple locations where Hull Storey Retail Group controls strategic retail sites.
