WALGREENS DEVELOPMENTS BY HULL STOREY RETAIL GROUP

(September 2006) Hull Storey Retail Group is pleased to announce its plans to develop freestanding facilities for Walgreens to be located in Albemarle, NC, Milledgeville, GA and North Augusta, SC. Upon completion, these 14,820 square foot projects will represent the development of strategically located Hull Storey owned sites in each market. Walgreens is the nation’s largest drugstore chain with fiscal 2006 sales of $47.4 billion. The company operates more than 5,400 stores in 47 states and Puerto Rico, and plans to operate more than 7,000 stores open by the year 2010.
