MALL LEASING OFF TO STRONG START IN 2007
(May 2007) Hull Storey’s leasing representatives are off to a strong start in 2007! According to Ky Widener, Vice President of Leasing, nearly 200,000 square feet of mall space was leased in the first quarter, representing 35 new leases in 16 markets. Mr. Widener said, “We have seen tremendous interest in secondary markets from national tenants. This aggressive growth, coupled with a high percentage of tenants renewing their existing leases, has enabled Hull Storey to decrease its available small shop space by over 10% in its mall portfolio.”

(May 2006) – In its recently released April 2006 issue, Retail Traffic, a publication of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Hull Storey Retail Group is listed as #45 in the Top 100 Owners of retail space in the United States, as well as #55 of the Top 100 Managers of retail space in the U.S. This is the third time that the Augusta, Georgia-based Company has been recognized by a major trade publication.
